Acetyl L-Carnitine

ACETYL-L-CARNITINE is an acetylated form of l-carnitine which is naturally produced in the liver and kidneys.  It may enhance the transport of fatty acids into and out of the mitochondria.  ALC is often used for athletic performance since it enhances energy production in every cell of the body and improves energy metabolism of neurons and other cells.
