PHOSPHATIDYLSERINE is a type of fatty substance called a phospholipid. It covers and protects the cells in the brain and carries messages between them.  Phosphatidylserine is used to support brain health and memory.  It is also used for stress reduction and is useful for Alzheimer’s and dementia.
