Co-Enzyme Q10

CO-ENZYME Q10 (CoQ10) is a nutrient that occurs naturally in the body. CoQ10 is also also in many foods we eat. CoQ10 acts as an antioxidant, which protects cells from damage and plays an important part in the metabolism process.  It is also a precursor to Co-Enzyme A, notable for its role in the synthesis and oxidation of fatty acids and the oxidation of pyruvate in the citric acid cycle.
